The success story behind MS Synthetics can be traced back to 1988 when an enthusiastic and passionate entrepreneur Maqsood Godil (Mexo) had a vision to develop best quality yarns at the most reasonable prices. At that time very few people could visualise the immense scope of textile market and how it could impact the day to day lives of ordinary people.

Our Team

Mr. Maqsood Godil - The Visionary

He is the founder of MS Synthetics and is qualified Bachelor of Science (Hons) Mathematics from Ravenshaw College (Utkal University) Cuttack. With him he brings lots of experience and knowledge. He has more than 3 decades of experience in trading and manufacturing of yarn. He being a man of vision much of the success of MS Synthetics can be routed to his planning and execution. He is a chief patron member of South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI) since more than a decade. He has unparalleled visionary skills and he can turn any problematic situation to a winning one.

Mr. Matin Godil - The Think Tank

He joined the business after he completed his education in 2002. He is the face of MS Synthetics, following his inspirational fathers vision with his backing and other family member’s assistance backing he has been setting new goals and achieving them with a lot of precision. He has been key player for providing strategic direction that facilitated the expansion that consisted State of Art Technology that enabled production of fancy yarns. His role includes foreseeing companies’ evolution, Policy, accountability for the overall management of the Company. He has given invaluable contribution to the growth of MS Synthetics. His in-depth knowledge of marketing has led to the building of the brand that MS Synthetics is today.

Mr. Mujahid Godil - The Innovator

He is a qualified Computer Engineer and has attained his Masters of Sciences in E Business and Innovation from Lancaster University, United Kingdom. Previously he has led online ventures to success and is now taking MS Synthetics to a new level. He ensures that all activities including yarn procurement, production planning, packing and dispatch are in sync. His innovative thinking with tons of hard work plays an acute role in taking the company ahead of the curve. He has a wide range of experience and has played a pivotal role in product development.

Mr. Mubassir Godil - The Finance Guru

He is a dynamic & talented person and Chartered Accountant by qualification. He is responsible for handling the legal aspects, accounting, secretarial and helps in policy and decision making. His in-depth knowledge in various fields has helped the growth immensely. The immense talent that he possesses has helped the company at every point in identifying the financial goals and to achieve them swiftly while averting the risks. His complete understanding of value chain insights helps in leveraging the key business drivers.

MS Synthetics History

1987

Entered yarn manufacturing venture named “Matin Textile” at Ankleshwar GIDC with installation of SDS3 Himson Texturising of 72 spindle.

1987

1992

Entered twisting industry with a new venture “Mim Tex” installing 3 twisting machine having 252 spindles each at Karanj GIDC. Plus further expansion in texturising with installation of 96 spindle.

1992

2017 - 19

Adding to the ATY production added 7 more Air Texturising machines with 120 spindles each under one shade. Plus adding to the captive consumption installed a solar power at Dahej, Bharuch.

2017 - 19

2020

Leading to further increase in demand of fancy yarns in international market a sister concern of MS Synthetics named “Godil Synthetics Pvt Ltd” came into production with 4 Air Texturising machine of 120 spindle each. In addition to that a Aiki machine from Japan was installed that could produce all variety of fancy yarn.
